Meet Conrad Smith, Sales Manager for Somerset Mortgage Corporation. Conrad enjoys his time off by going to the beach or fishing and boating the Golden Isles with his friends. “I met Conrad a number of years ago when our pipe dream of owning a home on St. Simons was first born. Over the years, Conrad has helped our family to achieve home ownership goals that we never thought possible. As an added bonus in the process we gained a friend. Conrad and I now work together in the home buying industry as Realtor and Lender. Q: What is your favorite restaurant on St. Simons and what do you love there?
A: “Crabdaddy’s for the food and Coastal Kitchen for the atmosphere.”
Q: How long have you lived or worked on St. Simons?
A: “My whole life.”
Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now where would it be and why?
A: “Anywhere in the Caribbean. I love the water.”
Q: What is your favorite movie or the first movie you remember seeing in the theater?
A: “It has to be a tie between A Few Good Men and A Time To Kill,”
Q: What advice would you give to people?
A: “Boundaries. Read the book. Take the class. Do the soul work.”
Q: What is something on your bucket list?
A: “I want to travel the entire length of Intercoastal Waterway on the Eastern Seaboard.”

A: “Kenny Chesney, Jimmy Buffet and 2Pac.”

A: “Poor Stevens.”

A: “The people and the lifestyle.”

A: “As a self-employed mortgage broker. And traveling more.”

A: “I started my career as a financial advisor.”
